DO It With YOU - Get into the Game/Goodie Bag Contests!
- Your gift card or gift certificate should be between $10 and $25 in value. We reserve the right to reject prize values outside of this range.
- The amount of the prize must cover the cost of a full experience with your product or service i.e. the cost of a full product or service. Taxes and gratuity are exempted.
- Prizes cannot be an accessory or add on that requires an additional purchase
- Your gift prize cannot be a discount or coupon or anything that requires a purchase
- A sponsor cannot add additional stipulations or requirements to a prize or contest after advertising or publication date.
- You may attach an expiration date to redeem a prize, ie, "Good until.." However, we will reject any prize with an award or redeme by date less than thirty days after contest end
- If your business has multiple locations, or you are part of a franchise, you must state in advance what location(s) your gift prize will be honored so that this information can be conveyed to all contestants
- Prizes must be delivered to Teffecx Company prior to the start of any game
- Teffecx Company will handle the assignment and delivery of a prize to a prize winner. There will be a service fee for handling and delivery.
- If a sponsor is invoiced for Teffecx Services, payment must be made prior to the start of any game in which this prize is going to be awarded
- A game may be canceled for seen and unforeseen consequences, such as low player participation, problems with a game, etc. If this happens, you will be offered the opportunity to apply your gift prize to another game, or to have your prize withdrawn
- Prize slots for our Goodie Bag games are determined by a first-come, first-served basis. However, Teffecx Company reserves the right, for any reason, to preempt a sponsor to a later game. This rule does not apply to paid advertising
- We reserve the right to reject contests for any legal reason
